1.1. This site is accessible at www.centio.bg and is operated by CENTIO Professional IT Security.

1.2. Access to and use of www.centio.bg, all matters relating to the use of its content, the rights and obligations of the parties referred to in this document, and any legal consequences whatsoever, shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.

1.3. In the event of abuse or unauthorised use of applications, materials or of the site as a whole, as well as breach of any of the obligations set out in this document, CENTIO Professional IT Security reserves the right to restrict or suspend access for particular users of centio.bg without notice.

2.1. This site has been developed for and is intended for Bulgarian citizens, whether or not permanently resident in Bulgaria.

CENTIO Professional IT Security gives no guarantee whatsoever as to the continuous operation of this site, nor as to its technical and functional condition, nor as to any forms of malicious software (viruses or other such code) present on the site without the knowledge of CENTIO Professional IT Security. CENTIO Professional IT Security cannot be held liable in any way for direct or indirect damages caused to or occasioned by parties viewing or using www.centio.bg by reason of impaired functionality or the presence of malicious software. This site is provided as it currently exists - without any warranties.

3.2. In the event of unauthorised access to or abusive use of the site, and in the event of breaches of the obligations provided for in this document, CENTIO Professional IT Security reserves the right to restrict or suspend access to the website for the offenders concerned without notice.
